Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must have an Einstein's Attic Madison barcode sticker affixed.  The item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn with tags, unopened, and in its original packaging.   All returns are given as store credit.

To start a return, you may contact us at eatticmadison@gmail.com or simply bring your item into the store. 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect the full payment at checkout.  

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, candy, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (personalized items, special orders)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Plush
  • Sale items
  • Pokemon and Sports Cards
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal Items
  • All Squishies, fidgets including ALL NeeDoh Items. 
  • All Footbags / Hacky Sacks.
