Without Route Protection: If you choose not to opt for Route Protection, you assume full responsibility for any issues related to your shipment, including lost, stolen, or damaged items. In such cases, we are unable to assist with claims or refunds. You will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve any issues.

Shipping Issues: If you selected Route Protection, you are covered for any delivery issues that may occur, and you can file a claim through the Route system. If you did not opt for Route Protection, any shipping-related issues are your responsibility, and we will not be able to assist with claims.
